If you drop off your device with us, we will promptly diagnose the issue and provide you with our recommendations as soon as possible.

To simplify our service, we charge a fixed fee of £70 plus VAT for the assessment, in addition to the cost of any necessary parts required to repair your device. Please note that no parts will be purchased without your prior approval.

Should we determine that your device is repairable and you decide not to proceed with the repair, an assessment fee of £30 plus VAT will be applicable.

In the rare event that we are unable to repair your device, no charges will be incurred.

Home Visit

(Within a 15 mile radius of our office)

Should you require us to come to your location, we will charge a visit fee of £70 plus VAT, and an additional £30 plus VAT for every 30 minutes after the first hour.

The cost of any parts required to fix your device will be charged separately.

In some cases, we may need to take your device to our service centre for repairs. We will return your device to you once it has been fixed, and an additional fee of £10 will be charged for this service.

If you require our services outside a 15-mile radius of our offices, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
